JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
From the record it transpires that there is some boundary dispute between two Tahsils. As argued by the learned counsel for the petitioner the said excessive demarcation is not apparent from the record and the argument raised in this regard appears to be incorrect.
In the aforesaid circumstances, the Deputy Director of Consolidation and the Consolidation Officer, both are directed to appear before this Court on 18.1.2011 along with the relevant record.
The matter shall not be treated tied up to this Bench.
