Heard Sri Pradeep Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Manish Mishra, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to file appropriate application under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for demarcation of Gata No. 3270 situated at Samaisi Chauraha, Nigoha Nagram Marg, Mohanlalganj, Lucknow, on payment of necessary charges, as per rules.
Prayer made is allowed. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid and, in case, such an application is filed alongwith certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks, same shall be decided expeditiously, in accordance with law, without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties concerned.
