Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. as well as perused records.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicant submits that grievance of the applicant has been sufficiently made and he shall be file an application for discharge which may be considered by the Court below.
In view of aforesaid, learned counsel for applicant is permitted to move discharge application on behalf of applicant. In case discharge application is moved, the same shall be considered and decided expeditiously by the Court below in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid, the application is disposed of.
