THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R Petitioner has sought to quash the criminal proceedings initiated against him in special case No.106/2015 pending on the file of Principal District & Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District.
2. In the course of hearing it is submitted that on submission of the charge sheet, learned Special Judge has framed the charge and evidence of the prosecution witnesses has commenced. In view of this development, it may not be appropriate for this Court to interfere with the proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
3. Hence, without expressing any opinion on the contentions urged by the petitioner, reserving liberty to the petitioner to canvass said contentions before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, petition is disposed of.
In view of disposal of the main matter, I.A.No.1/2015 filed for stay does not survive for consideration, accordingly, it is disposed of.
