(Per : HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Pursuant to our earlier order, further report has been submitted. The report be sealed and kept with the record.
After going through the report, we issue a show cause upon the State-respondents as to why investigation should not be handed over to Central Bureau of Investigation. Let such cause be shown by way of an affidavit by June 14, 2012.
Until further orders, Ms Shobha P Bhutada will keep all the records relating to investigation so far done in her personal safe custody. She will be in charge of all those documents until further orders. She will also not make any further investigation till we pass further order.
Let the matters appear on June 14, 2012 at 11.00 a.m..
On that day, Ms Shobha P Bhutada will remain personally present in the Court.
