Heard learned counsel for the applicants, the learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for granting two months' time to appear and surrender before the court below in pursuance of Case Crime No.1600 of 2020, under Section 302, 120-B I.P.C. P.S.-Sihani Gate, District-Ghaziabad.
Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant has, however, submitted that the grievance of applicant would be sufficiently met, in case, bail application of applicant is considered expeditiously, in accordance with law.
Learned A.G.A. has opposed the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant application is disposed of with the direction to the learned trial Court that if the applicant appears before the court below and applies for grant of bail, the Court below shall consider and decide the same with utmost expedition, in accordance with the settled law.
