Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.
By means of the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.-2 to consider the matter of the petitioner and to correct the saving account of scholarship of the petitioner as 0246101044766 Cenara Bank, Branch M.G. Police Chowk Main, Hathras in place of 246101044766, and to pay the scholarship of the petitioner accordingly.”
Learned Standing Counsel fairly stated that the grievance of the petitioner shall be looked into by the competent authority expeditiously.
In view thereof, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance before respondent-3 by filing an appropriate representation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to file the representation raising his grievance before respondent no. 3, along with copy of this order and the writ petition, within fifteen days from the date.
In case such a representation is made, the concerned authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon within one month from the date of the representation.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the matter.
