Present contempt application has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the opposite parties for deliberate and willful non- compliance and violation of the order dated 6.8.2001 passed in Writ Petition No. 29030 of 2001, Smt. Girish Kumar Vs. Board of Revenue, U.P. and others.
