THIS CRIMINAL PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned HCGP submits that, the notice issued to Respondent No.2-complainant is served. Therefore, the service of notice to Respondent No.2 is held sufficient.
After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial Court immediately after examination of the material witnesses.
In view of the above submission, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
