ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed present petition seeking for relaxation of condition at para-8(d) as found in the order dated 28.05.2019 in Crl.P. No.1240/2019 imposed while enlarging the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
It would be appropriate that the relaxation of condition imposed at para-8(d) is to be considered by the trial Court. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to consider the relaxation of condition at para 8(d) in the present instance and thereafter, if necessary application is filed before the trial Court and case is made out for such relaxation.
