According to the counsel for the review petitioner, though the judgment was pronounced on 30.07.2014, a copy of the judgment was received only on 20.10.2014. As per the judgment, the Vice Chancellor has been directed to take a decision in the matter, within a period of six weeks. However, the last date for admission of the student for the IInd year examination is today i.e. 30.10.2014. He therefore, seeks the issue of some interim direction to safeguard the interests of the student.

3. Having heard the counsel appearing for the respective parties, I am satisfied that, it is necessary to issue a further direction in this matter, to safeguard the interests of the student involved.
4. There shall, therefore, be a direction to the respondents to grant provisional admission to the student, subject of course to the decision to be taken in accordance with the direction contained in the judgment dated 30.07.2014.
This review petition is disposed of with the above directions.
