The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondent-revenue authorities to remove the encroachment over Plot No.342 situated in Village Akhari Shahpur, Pargana Kairagarh Tehsil Meja District Prayagraj.
From the records annexed with the writ petition, it is apparent that Case No.03447/2019 Computerized Case No.T20190230803447 has already been registered under Section 67 of the U.P Revenue Code 2006 before the Tehsildar, Meja, District Prayagraj.
The Tehsildar, Meja District Prayagraj, ie., respondent 4 is directed to decide the aforesaid Case No. No.03447/2019 Computerized Case No.T20190230803447, if still pending, within a period of six months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him after giving an opportunity of hearing to the necessary parties, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid case.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
