This writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing the Regional Manager (respondent-3) to consider the claim of the petitioner for re- appointment, as well as renewal of contractual appointment of the petitioner.
The petitioner has moved a representation in this respect, which is pending.
The writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file copy of the representation dated 5.5.2014, along with all necessary papers as well as a certified copy of this order before Regional Manager (respondent-3), within two weeks, who shall decide it by a reasoned and speaking order, within two months thereafter.
