Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(a) issue a suitable order or direction to the respondent no. 1 to hear and decide the dispute by making measurement with regard to the boundary of the plot no. 601 and 602-N total area 2.5 decimal i.e. 1090 Fits situated at Village Nausar, Tehsil Sadar, District Gorakhpur."
The petitioner by means of a representation has sought demarcation.
In case, the petitioner is serious about demarcation of plot nos. 601 and 602 etc., he may institute proper proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for redressal of his grievances. A representation in this regard is not the proper remedy and therefore, directions prayed for is not being issued.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands disposed of.
