Notice and notice as to interim relief returnable on 17.7.2012 on condition that the appellant shall deposit Rs.1,55,84,500/- within fifteen days from today before the trial Court. On such amount being deposited, the trial Court shall, in turn, invest the said amount in a fixed deposit with any nationalized bank initially for a period of one year and the periodical interest accrued thereon be given to the appellant.
