The petitioner is a PWD contractor. He undertook the work of USR closing leakages to roof providing new roofing sheet and connected works in Secretariat. The petitioner also made certain additional work. The petitioner approached this Court on account of delay in disbursing the 'Bill'.
The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner failed to execute supplementary agreement to enable the authorities to process the petitioner's 'Bill'. It is further submitted that as and when the petitioner executes the supplementary agreement, immediate action will be taken to process the petitioner's 'Bill'. Therefore, the petitioner shall appear before the third respondent to execute the supplementary agreement. Based W.P.(C) No.31864 of 2014 2 on execution of the supplementary agreement, the petitioner's 'Bill' shall be disbursed based on the seniority reckoning from the date of original submission of the 'Bill'. The third respondent also shall consider the petitioner's request in Ext.P3 while executing the supplementary agreement.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
