This writ petition has been filed against the order of cancellation of licence of fair price shop dated 11.06.2021 passed by respondent No.2.
Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing appeal under Clause 13(3) of Uttar Pradesh Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale and Distribution Control) Order, 2016.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
