Criminal Misc. Correction Application No.1 of 2018 Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
By above correction application, learned counsel for the applicant seeks certain correction in the original order dated 20.4.2018 to the extent that in paragraph No.5 of the said order, Case crime number, Sections, Police Station and District have not been typed.
Hence, correction application is allowed.
Accordingly, paragraph No.5 be read as under in pursuance of the correction application moved by the applicant:-
"Let the applicant Girdhari be released on bail in Case Crime No.57 of 2018, under Sections 379, 420, 411, 467, 468, 471 IPC, P.S. Charkhari, District Mahoba on furnishing a personal bond and two local sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of magistrate/court concerned, subject to the following conditions".
