Grievance of the petitioner is that the Appeal filed under Section 13(1) U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016, was pending since 3.9.2019, therefore, a great prejudice was being caused to the petitioner.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Appeal being Appeal No. 87 of 2019 filed under Section 13(1) of the U.P. Essential Commodities (Regulation of Sale & Distribution Control) Order, 2016, be decided within a period of two months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations the writ petition is disposed of.
