Learned advocate the petitioner submitted that the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are of marriageable age and accordingly entered into wedlock on 30.12.2011 as per Hindu rituals. However, the said marriage is to be registered.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner Nos.2 and 3 and father of petitioner No.2 i.e. petitioner No.1 apprehends threat to their life and sought appropriate direction as well as registration of FIR against the respondents.

Issue notice returnable on 30th January, 2012.
