JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ramachandran Nair, J. This appeal is filed against the judgment and decree in O.S.No.256/2008 on the file of Sub Court, Neyyattinkara. The appellants are the defendants.
2. The disputes between the parties have been settled and a compromise petition has been filed under Order 23 Rule 1 C.P.C. We have perused the compromise petition. Appellant No.1 is abroad and he has signed the compromise petition before the Assistant Consular Officer, Embassy of India. Appellant No.2 is in India and she has signed. She is the wife of first appellant. Learned counsel for the appellants has also signed. The respondent as well as her counsel have signed.
3. The appeal is disposed of in terms of the compromise and the compromise petition will form part of the judgment and decree. The appellants are entitled to refund of half of the court fee paid on the memoradum of appeal. The parties shall suffer their costs in the appeal.
