----------------------- The petitioner submits that in respect of the property in Survey No.141/5 of Rameswaram Village there was an attachment from Family Court Ernakulam in E.A.No.32/2003 in E.P.No.17/2002 in O.P.No.10742/1998. It is further submitted that the attachment has been lifted by the Family Court. The petitioner relies on Ext.P5 communication of the Family Court. The petitioner submits that in spite of lifting, the encumbrance certificate would show that there is an attachment. If the attachment has been lifted necessarily the same must be reflected in the records maintained by the respondent.
2. Therefore, there shall be a direction to the respondent to effect necessary changes in the records based on Ext.P5.
