Ghyanendra Dhruv vs State Of U.P. And 4 Others

Under a notification dated 15 January 2011 issued by the State Government in pursuance of the provisions of Section 3 of the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Act, 2011, an appeal against the rejection of a caste certificate by the Tehsildar lies to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate.

In such circumstances, we relegate the petitioner to file an appeal which is available in law.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
