Heard learned counsel for the parties.
It is the case of the petitioner that he has retired from the post of Safai Nayak from Nagar Nigam, Allahabad on 31.03.2015. He has been receiving pension month to month but the arrears of dues of salary for A.C.P. has not been granted to him till date. He has also made a representation to the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam Allahabad on 23.06.2018.
Accordingly, without entering into the controversy raised in the present case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 2 (Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Allahabad) to consider the grievance of the petitioner and pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
