Learned Standing Counsel points out that the impugned order dated 17.02.2021 has been passed by respondent no.2-Tehsildar, Tehsil Lalganj, Mirzapur, in compliance of the orders passed by the Board of Revenue at Lucknow in Revision Case No. 241/2007-08 on 03.02.2011.
Faced with this Shri Shiv Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the relief sought in the writ petition and recasts his relief.
The only prayer made by Shri Shiv Shankar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner is that he may be permitted to tender his defence before the court below.
It is open to the petitioner to tender his defence before the court below in response to the notice issued under the impugned order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
