On being specific query put to Sri Yadvendra Yadav, Advocate, he submitted that he is not counsel in this case but he is holding brief of Sri Bhriguram Ji, counsel for the appellant.
On perusal of file, it is revealed that Sri Yadvendra Yadav, Advocate, is one of the counsel for the appellant in this case and has filed vakalatnama on behalf of appellant.
At this stage, Sri Yadvendra Yadav, Advocate, who is appearing in this case submits that the appeal may be dismissed.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
