HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.3826 OF 2012 ORDER:
This petition is filed to quash F.I.R.No.150 of 2011 of Asif Nagar Police Station, Hyderabad for the alleged offence under Section 406 I.P.C.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that police completed investigation and filed charge sheet and the same is registered as C.C.No.23 of 2012 and pending before XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad.
4. As seen from the proceeding sheet, this court initially granted stay and the same was extended upto 11- 7-2012 and thereafter, there was no extension of stay. Since there was no stay, police have completed investigation and filed charge sheet.
5. Since investigation is completed and the charge sheet is also registered as C.C.No.23 of 2012, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
6. As a sequel to the disposal of this Criminal petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed.
