The petitioner is a lady.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent of the offences levelled against her.
In view of the nature of the offences alleged and in view of the sex of the petitioner, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
Consequently, this Criminal Petition is allowed. The petitioner- A1 shall surrender before the XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, within two (2) weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at L.B.Nagar, shall enlarge the petitioner-A1 on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each in a likesum to his satisfaction.”
