When the matter came up for hearing on 03.02.2014 and again on 24.02.2014, none appeared for the petitioner. Even today, when the matter has come up, none appears for the petitioner and there is no representation on her behalf.
Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
There shall be no order as to costs.
The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
