JUDGMENT / ORDER

When this writ petition was taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the police protection as sought for by the petitioner will be provided to the petitioner, and prayed this Court to direct the petitioner to pay the charges towards the same. On the other hand, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is ready to pay the charges.
2. The submissions made on either side are placed on record and the petitioner is directed to pay the necessary charges. On receipt of the same, police protection as sought for by the petitioner shall be provided by the respondents.
3. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
