Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Manoj Kumar Yadav, counsel for the Gaon Sabha, respondent no. 6.
The writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing/commanding the Respondent No. 1 (Deputy Director of Consolidation, Jaunpur) to allow the substitution application of the Petitioners, within a week and thereafter the above noted Revision No.4379/1998 (Ghinahoo Versus Ram Bahadur and others) arising out of Appeal No.4203 (Ram Bahadur Versus Ghinahoo) Under Section 48(1) Consolidation Holdings Act may be decided, within very short period as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court, which is pending before Respondent No. 1 since 08/07/1998. (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition)."
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1 to decide the revision pending before him as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him strictly in accordance with law after hearing all concerned.
