JUDGMENT / ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 18.06.2012, the documents relating to the provisional pension are signed by the concerned respondent today. In that view of the matter, the respondent authority shall clear the provisional pension of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
With the above directions, the petition stands disposed of. Liberty to revive in case of any difficulty.
