Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA on behalf of the State.
Similarly co-accused Roshan Lal has been granted bail in bail appliation no. 4720 of 2010 on 08.03.2010 by this Court.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits, bail application is allowed.
Let the application Ghasitey Patel @ Bhola Patel son of Matadeen Patel, involved in case crime no. 736 of 2009, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Saini District Kaushambi be released on bail on executing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- and furnishing two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions:
1. That the applicant shall not tamper with the evidence.
2. That he shall report to the police station concerned in the first week of each month to show his good conduct and behaviour.
In defauld the bail granted to the applicant shall be deemed cancelled and he shall be taken into custody forthwith.
