1.0 Present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking Parole Leave for a period of 45 days so as to arrange for fees and engage an advocate to file an appeal before this Court.

2.0 Taking into consideration the fact that the applicant - convict is convicted for life by judgment and order dated 19th January 2012 and the only period undergone is 01 year, 01 month and 27 days, the application is not entertained. However, the jail authority is directed to provide necessary facility to the convict to engage an advocate to file appeal from jail.
