The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that his allotment made by the Gaon Sabha has been unilaterally disturbed. Occasioned of that, the petitioner has instituted the proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 being case no. 38 of 2020 (Ghaseeta Singh Vs. Land Management Committee and another) which is pending before the respondent no. 1 since 20.08.2020. In the meanwhile, the petitioner has been dispossessed from the land in question.
In view of the fact noted above, no interference is warranted on merits, as the proceedings has already pending before the authority, the present petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner files a copy of this order before the respondent no. 1, the said authority shall proceed to decide the aforesaid case pending before him since 20.08.2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, provided the petitioner does not seek any adjournment during that period and shall cooperate.
