(PER : HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE MR.BHASKAR BHATTACHARYA) Our attention has been drawn to our order dated October 11, 2012 by the learned counsel for the petitioners. Mr Qureshi has submitted that a formal leave to amend the cause-title may be given to enable his client to add Gujarat Adani Institute for Medical Sciences as party respondent. We grant such leave to the petitioners. Let Gujarat Adani Institute for Medical Sciences be added as respondent No.4. Let the matter appear on December 13, 2012 for further hearing.
