Petitioner approached the District Collector for measuring and fixing the boundary of property having an extent of 22Ares 05 Sq.meters in survey No.137/8-8 of Parassala Village. The District Collector forwarded the same to the Additional Tahsildar, Neyyattinkara. It seems proceedings have been initiated by the Additional Tahsildar as seen from Ext.P5. Petitioner submits that Ext.P5 is dated 14.05.2014 and no action has been taken thereafter to conclude the proceedings.
2. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to conclude proceedings based on Ext.P5 after hearing the petitioner and any other affected parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
