ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“to issue a writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents for not renewing the licenses for fishing and interfering with the fishing activity of the petitioners as illegal and arbitrary and consequently, to direct the respondents not to interfere with the fishing activity of the petitioners at Gundlakamma project at Korisepadu Mandal, Prakasam District by renewing the fishing licenses of the petitioners.”
After arguing the case, Sri P.Jagadish Chandra Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to his clients to first approach the respondents with a written request for renewal of the fishing licenses and avail a fresh remedy in the event such request is rejected. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners in terms of the prayer made.
As a sequel, WPMP.No.45329 of 2014 is dismissed as infructuous.
