1. It is informed that Mr. Joshi, learned advocate for the petitioners has filed leave note.
2. It is noticed from the record that the interim relief which was prayed for before the Charity Commissioner was in connection with the meeting which was scheduled to be convened on 15.11.2009. The said application came to be disposed of by learned Charity Commissioner under order dated 16.7.2011 by observing that the cause for the relief which was prayed for did not survive after 15.11.2009. By the said order the Charity Commissioner also directed that the Trust should regularly file its duly audited accounts.

In view of the scope of the petition which was preferred HC-NIC Page 1 of 2 Created On Wed Nov 08 23:26:27 IST 2017 SCA/3440/2012 2 ORDER before the authority and the order which has been passed, which is impugned in present petition, cause for petition now does not survive and petition is not required to be entertained further.
4. However, since learned advocate for the petitioner has filed leave note, any final order is not passed today and the hearing is adjourned to tomorrow with clarification that if learned advocate for the petitioner does not attend hearing tomorrow or does not make any alternative arrangement then appropriate order, irrespective of any leave note or sick note will be passed tomorrow because since last number of occasion hearing of the petition is being adjourned at the request of the learned advocate for the petitioner.
