2. Learned Senior Advocate for the applicants invited attention of the Court to Annexure-A - FIR filed by the present applicants. Learned Advocate for the applicants then invited attention of the Court to Annexure-B - memo of Regular Civil Suit No.175 of 2012 filed by applicant No.1, after he was authorized by the society to file the same. Learned Senior Advocate for the applicant then invited attention of the Court to report of the Commissioner in Regular Civil Suit No.175 of 2012. Learned Senior Advocate for the applicants then CR.MA/6830/2012 2/2 ORDER invited attention of the Court to the impugned FIR being C.R. No.I-88 of 2012 registered with Chawk Bazar Police Station, Surat on 27.04.2012.
3. Prima facie this Court is of the opinion that the impugned FIR, filed on 27.04.2012, is a counter-blast to the aforesaid actions taken by the present applicants and other society members.
4. The matter requires consideration.
5. RULE. NOTICE as to interim relief returnable on 14.06.2012. Ad interim relief in terms of para-9-(C).
