JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
Learned A.G.A. files counter affidavit.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer to quash the impugned FIR of case crime No. 626-A of 2013 under sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Balrampur.
From the perusal of the FIR it appears that on the basis of allegation made therein the prima facie cognizable offence is made out. There is no scope of interfering in the impugned FIR. Therefore, the prayer for quashing the FIR is refused.
The interim order dated 12.2.2014 is hereby vacated.
However, considering the facts, it is directed that in case petitioner appears before the court concerned within 30 days from today and applies for bail, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously if possible on the same day by the courts below.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
