The prayer made is for issuing direction to the Execution Court to decide application no. 53 of 2014 arising out of Execution Case No. 33 of 2001 within a reasonable time.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that the court is lying vacant at the present moment.
Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of by providing that as soon as Presiding Officer is posted in the court, he shall proceed to decide the restoration application registered as Misc. Case No. 53 of 2014 arising out Execution Case No. 33 of 2001 expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
