Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following among other reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondent no.2 to decide Case No. RST/00269 of 2017, Computer No. T201715060600269 (Ghanshyam and another Vs. Gram Sabha and others), under Section 24 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 (vide Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition) pending before it forthwith or within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court"
Petitioners are aggrieved by the pendency of their restoration application which appears to have been filed on 07.07.2019 by the respondents against the order for demarcation, in favour and on the application of the petitioners, under Section 24 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006.
Under the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the Respondent No.2, The Upziladhikari Budhanpur, District Azamgah to consider and dispose of the restoration application filed by the petitioners expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order keeping in mind the pendency of cases before him.
