Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This writ petition has been filed against the Private Bank, which is not the State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India, therefore, it is not maintainable before this Court.
However, it is open to him to take recourse to the remedies which are available to him under the law. We are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
