Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Narendra Kumar Tiwari learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4.
The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the Court below to decide Reference Case No.7 of 2009 expeditiously as it has already reached the stage of hearing. Once the case is at the stage of hearing and the date is also fixed on 16.12.2014, the apprehension of delay appears to be misconceived.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the case is proceeding for hearing since 27.5.2014 therefore, there is every likely hood that the matter may be adjourned on the date fixed as well.
It is expected that the Court below shall make an earnest effort to dispose of Reference Case No.7 of 2009 expeditiously in accordance with law.
Petition is disposed of.
