Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition for quashing of order dated 19.05.2018, passed by respondent no. 1.
The aforesaid order dated 19.05.2018 has been passed on the report submitted by the Committee of four officers and it directs that previously a Committee was constituted for measuring the chak road but it could not be measured, therefore it is necessary that the chak road be measured immediately.
A direction for measurement of the chak road in no way causes any prejudice to the petitioner, no right of the petitioner is being infringed by such an order.
In view of above, the petitioner is not a person aggrieved to maintain this writ petition.
