The petitioner has challenged an order dated 31.5.2019 passed in Civil Revision No.27 of 2019. However, a comparison of the memo of revision with the array of parties of the instant petition reveals that various persons, who were party in the revision, have not been made party to the instant petition.
The petition is consequently dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition, after arraying all necessary parties.
Certified copy of the impugned order shall be returned to learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining a photo copy on record.
