The prayer in this petition is to direct the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum, Ghaziabad to decide the Complaint Case No. 163 of 2019 instituted at the instance of the petitioner within a stipulated period.
As on account of Covid 19 pandemic there had been wide scale disruption in the proceedings of Tribunals and Courts, we decline to issue any specific direction, as has been prayed for. Though, we leave it open to the petitioner to move an urgency application before the forum concerned. If any such urgency application is filed, it is expected that the same shall be dealt with as per the priority fixed by the forum.
With the aforesaid liberty and observations, the petition is disposed off.
