This is second application filed under section 482 Cr.P.C. for the same cause of action. The earlier application was also disposed of by Hon. Karuna Nand Bajpayee, J. on 6.3.2018 by giving opportunity to the applicant to surrender before the court below within 45 days.
Considering the same, this application filed under section (482 Cr.P.C.) is not maintainable and is hereby dismissed.
