It is admitted between the parties that the controversy involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 12.11.2018 passed in Writ A No. 23304 of 2018 (Deobali Vs. State of U.P. and 5 others).
In view of the aforesaid the present writ petition is also disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 5 - District Basic Education Officer, Mirzapur to examine the petitioners claim for release of arrears of salary and fixation of pension in the light of the judgment in the case of Deobali (Supra) within a period of three moths from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
